Sun & Seed Cold-Pressed Flax Seed Oil is a cold-pressed plant-based oil made from flax seeds. The oil has a characteristic golden-yellow colour and a mild, slightly nutty and earthy flavour. Thanks to its smooth flavour profile, this flax seed oil is easy to combine with a wide variety of cold dishes and preparations.
The oil contains 50 g of alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) per 100 g and is therefore high in omega-3 fatty acids. It also contains 70 g of polyunsaturated fats per 100 g and is high in polyunsaturated fats.
Try the oil, for example:
• as a base for salad dressings
• over raw, steamed or prepared vegetables
