Sun & Seed Cold-Pressed Hemp Seed Oil is an organic plant-based oil made from carefully selected hemp seeds sourced from Europe. The seeds are cold pressed to produce a pure, naturally green oil with a characteristic smooth and slightly nutty flavour.
Thanks to its mild flavour profile, hemp seed oil is versatile and can be used in both savoury and sweeter preparations. The oil can be added directly to cold dishes or drizzled over food as a finishing oil just before serving.
With 90 g of unsaturated fats per 100 g, this organic hemp seed oil is high in unsaturated fats. Of this, 78 g consists of polyunsaturated fats, which means the oil is also high in polyunsaturated fats.
