A plum with history.
The Laxplum is a green plum variety that was discovered in Taiwan. There, according to an age-old tradition, green plums are fermented and gently dried. They are then coated with selected herbs such as sickle seeds, mulberry leaves, green tea and oolong tea. The Laxplum is unique due to its special variety and its loving processing (fermentation). It is a real fermentation talent that accompanies us in everyday life and travel.
