Anima Mundi He Shou Wu is a concentrated botanical powder made from the root of Polygonum multiflorum. This plant, also known as Fo-Ti, has a long history of use in Traditional Chinese herbalism and has been a well-known botanical ingredient in China for generations. The root is prepared using a traditional decoction process and concentrated into a 10:1 extract powder.
