Anima Mundi Gut Sweep is a carefully formulated botanical powder blend made with four plant-based ingredients: psyllium husk, marshmallow root, slippery elm and burdock root. The blend brings together roots, bark and seed husks in one easy-to-use powder.
Psyllium husk forms the base of Gut Sweep. Psyllium consists of the outer seed husks of Plantago ovata and is known for its distinctive texture: when mixed with water, it absorbs liquid and develops a thicker, gel-like consistency.
Marshmallow root and slippery elm naturally contain mucilage, which also creates a characteristic soft texture when combined with water. Burdock root completes the botanical blend and adds a distinctive earthy herbal note.
