Directions for use
Steep 1–2 teaspoons of powder in 2 cups of hot water for approximately 8 minutes.
Traditionally, Bobinsana can also be prepared as a stronger decoction. To prepare a decoction, use 2–3 teaspoons in 2 cups of hot water and allow it to simmer for approximately 15 minutes. Strain if desired and add a sweetener of your choice.
It can also be combined with aromatic botanicals such as chai spices or rose to create a flavourful herbal brew.
